The chocolate Spray Cabin, made entirely of stainless steel, with its powerful extraction and mist trap filter for mist, is the perfect tool for the pastry chef/chocolatier. The specialized filter heating system melts fats, allowing them to flow back into an easy- to-remove and clean drip tray. The Dörr CSC warming cabinet effortlessly fits under the Dörr Chocolate Sprayi Cabin, creating a perfect working height. This warming cabinet is entirely made of stainless steel and features 2 convenient swing doors.
With digital temperature control, the warming cabinet maintains a constant temperature of 45°C, which is ideal for processing chocolate and dyes.
When ordering, you can indicate whether the warming cabinet should have a fixed installation or whether it should be mobile on synthetic wheels of Ø 125mm. In the case of the mobile option, 2 wheels are equipped with brakes for extra stability.

The Dörr CSC Base serves as the perfect foundation for the Dörr Chocolate Spray Cabin. This robust frame is made entirely of high-quality stainless steel and ensures an optimal working height of the CSC.
The base is equipped with 2 rows of shelves, so you can easily place 12 work carriers, which are suitable for no fewer than 6 standard chocolate molds per work carrier. This setup provides an efficient and organized workspace for all your chocolate creations.
When ordering, you can indicate whether the base should have a fixed position or whether it should be mobile on plastic wheels of Ø 125mm. In the case of the mobile option, 2 wheels are equipped with brakes for extra stability.

Our holder is specifically designed for the gun in the photo, but we can also adapt it for your specific spray gun in consultation with you. Easy to use!
Rotating Platform for Special Creations
Our stainless steel turntable is perfect for special creations that deserve special attention. With this platform you no longer have to turn your workpieces by hand, which significantly improves the quality of your work. Give your creations the perfect touch.
6-Cavity Mold Holder
We have developed a special mold holder for optimal throughput speed and efficiency. This offers space for 4-6 chocolate moulds, allowing you to continue working effortlessly. Thanks to its stainless steel design, the mold holder is easy to clean, ensuring hygiene and convenience go hand in hand.
CSC product carrier
Our stainless steel product carriers, carefully designed to hold 6 standard chocolate molds each. Crafted with precision, these carriers seamlessly integrate with the Dörr CSC Base. With the capacity to hold 6 standard chocolate molds per carrier, they provide an efficient and organized workspace for your chocolate creations. The work carriers are sold per set of 12 pieces
Dörr CSC filterset
Even though the Dörr Chocolate Spray Cabin has a self-cleaning filter system, we recommend replacing these filters every six months. Our replacement filters are specifically designed for the CSC and will keep your workshop clean for an extended period.
